Wow..i just wrote a long as post and for some reason I got logged out so it didnt take. Im not gonna site here a rewrite it but i will say a couple things.

The stalley one isnt bad...I would get rid of that wood stock/texture though. I would try messing w/ some other textures..maybe something grunge like? Or add a lil more transparency to the wood u know. Just a thought.

The rnb, I see you worked on blending but I would definitely work on it some more. The pink colored highlights or whatever you want to call them are a lil dark to me. Also, you see rihannas hair? How it just looks placed? I would soften the edges of the images a tad so it can blend more into the bg. I would also try using a different background...its plain and boring.

Also, this is just me but I think it would like better if they were all looking the same direction (forward) unless you actually have a reason for them looking the directions their looking (not just because you picked random pics).

I dont now who dude is to the right, but you notice the quality of his images vs the other 2? I would do something about it because it definitely throws this off as well. Something I do when I cant find a better quality image ---I try to lower the quality of the higher ones a lil to match the lower and use texture to blend them together and make it look like its on purpose..does that make sense?

Theres all kinds of little tricks and experiments you can do to blend. You just gotta really think outside the box a lilttle.

Lastly, the text needs work. At least you chose a font that goes with the name. It is plain though. I would experiment more w/ the text and also the placement of it. Believe it or not, text is one of the hardest things to get down. I still dont have it down all the way but through the years and practice..I have gotten ALOT better..that just comes with practice. And it will definitely make the difference between a 'mediocre' cover and a 'great' cover.

This actually ended up being a lil longer than I planned but I hope this helps.

sometimes you have to create a background yourself you know. you can blend a ground in with a sky. get creative and create a scene. thats what i like doing
