I really like this, the head needs to be abit bigger and you need to really fix up your text game. This actually doesn't look so good mainly because of ths the text .. but this is actually REALLY good i love this . You should focus on text, do some typography peices maybe a magazine cover .

The plain simple texts works wonders, it doesn't always have to be crazy looking. Also leave bevel emboss alone i think, it really looks unatractive. Download the font BEBAS NUEUE , very good font.
